This is the worse decision I’ve made. My mom has been here for almost a week. So far I have not seen any doctor, and they can't control my mom's sugar levels, they have been trying to change my mom's medications without any labs. The professionalism they show is not acceptable. I do not recommend this facility if you want your beloved to stay alive and healthy. WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR TO MOVE HER TO ANOTHER FACILITY.

My sister is not Spanish, she’s in pain and continuously asked in English to the people in her room to please be a little quieter and they completely ignored her. Two staff members were in the room and they had just gotten off their shift. It’s too bad that common courtesy is not respected at this facility - for everyone! My sister doesn’t want to be there, she’s struggling, suffering and in pain. Please be kind, courteous and compassionate to all walks of life!

Very informative my doctors and my nurses. I had a lot of love from Ketlene Todd RT, very loving,made me laugh, was wonderful with her therapy, she touched my hand and it felt like an angels touch. Lisgneily Marin RN was the best nurse I’ve had ever, very loving, very caring,was always on time with my med, I cried a lot because of my husband having passed two months ago, and she came and held my hand and made me feel my best. Zayre OT was amazing she bathed me every other day, took care of my nails and made me feel like a Princess even though I’m an old lady. Manuel PT he got me back on my feet, very funny guy, always had a good joke for me, and got me walking again. Rodrigo Salas MD, very informative, I had him at another rehab and he was always wonderful, answered all my questions. Angi PSR very sweet girl and helped me a lot with my notes, thank you very much angi. Thank you very much to everyone in this facility, I will be back.

Wonderful Nursing Staff. Amazing therapy staff. Especially grateful for the help of Doris PT, Christine OT, Eric SLP, Dr.Vivaldi, Angi PSR, and Mauro Unit Secretary. Special thanks to Dr. Mike Decardenas and Walter Concepcion CEO for all the help they provided us. Overall West Gables Rehab has felt like a home away from home while my husband has been recovering here thanks to all the great staff.

I am very satisfied with the excellent service this rehabilitation hospital provides. From Doctors, Nurses, CNA, Therapists cleaning crew and food service, they were all extremely attentive, compassionate and professional. They truly went out of their way to make this a Home away from home, most comfortable as can be. I am extremely thankful for your care. 10/10 F. Velasco

I am very satisfied with the excellent service this rehabilitation hospital provides. Doctors, Nurses, CNA, Therapists are always attentive to the patient, provide compassion encouragement and care, and are total professionals in all they do. I rate this place a 10/10 for the services they prove patients. I don’t think there is any other hospital with such a ranking as this hospital in all of Florida. I am leaving content and highly satisfied.

I do not recommend this hospital if the patient who is going to be rehabilitated has conditions, like my mother with diabetes and they were not able to control the levels above 250 for a week, until we decided to move her to the hospital where they detected that it was COVID. It's incredible that they don't have a COVID test.

Absolutely wonderful facility❤️ They went above and beyond exceeding my expectations of care for my father. Debora RN, Dorys PT & Gladys CNA, I can't thank you for your compassionate care, warm smiles and always answering any questions we had. Management does an exceptional job ensuring the facility is nice & clean.
